Rent iPod on Airplane
February 17th, 2007Mexican airline now serves peanuts, drinks, and iPods for $5. Airline Volaris is the first airline to offer 30GB iPods for free but will soon start charging 50 persos per flight. The iPods are pre-loaded with Mexican TV shows and popular music. American TV shoes and music will soon be loaded as well. American airliners including Delta and United are planning on installing iPod connections in seats, so users can bring their own iPods and dock and sync it with the airplane’s built-in TV screens. Mexican airlines don’t have iPod connections but at least they’re the first to offer them.
