Sony Launches Thin MP3 Players
March 6th, 2007New NW-A800 Series MP3 player to compete against iPod Nano. Sony launched in Europe the NW-A800 MP3 & video player featuring from 2GB to 8GB capacities. The ultra thin MP3 player sports a 2-inch LCD screen with up to 30 hours of battery life for music and 8 hours for video. Like Apple iTunes, you can purchase music from Sony’s Connect Music download store. The NW-A800 will be available in April in Europe. Next up is Sony WALKMAN NW-E010 series available in 1GB, 2GB, and 4GB capacities and measures just 82.9 x 22.4 x 13.6mm. These players tiny MP3 players are available in violet, blue, pink, gold, or black. There is 3 line color LCD display and features FM tuner, 5 band equalizer, and has USB 2.0 to connect to PC. Battery life is said to last 30 hours! The NW-E010 will be available in Europe in May.
