AOL Black Voices Acquires Hurricane Katrina Documentary for Streaming
March 30th, 2006America Online’s AOL Black Voices site, which claimed 2.8 million unique visitors in January 2006, announced that it has obtained the rights to show the Hurricane Katrina documentary “New Orleans: My Home, My Life, My Love” from independent film production company Ruby Red. The site said it has made the first clip of seven installments from the film available for on-demand streaming online.
