ASUS today launched the world’s first wireless music Skype phone, the AiGuru S1. The all in one device with Skype capability, Wi-Fi, wireless music player functions, and remote control. With 802.11b/g support, the AiGuru S1 enables Skype calls without a PC. The phone packs Caller ID, phone book entries, call history, conference calls, and speaker phone. Make International calls with other Skype users for free! If you’re within the U.S. or Canada, Skype Out calls are also free. The next feature that ASUS is bragging about is the wireless music feature. The phone comes with a .5W speaker that makes it into an MP3 player. You can stream songs stored in your PC via Wi-Fi to the phone by listening to the speaker or just plug in earphones. The phone can also act as a remote to control Microsoft Windows Media Player like stop, forward, play, etc. ASUS did not mention when the phone will be available or how much it would cost.
